Voices From the Dwelling - 3 performances
Authoring Action and The Dwelling Congregation present Voices from the Dwelling - a live stage performance of original songs, visual art and stories by members of The Dwelling congregation. Through the “Voices from the Dwelling“ project, the larger community will gain insight into the full personhood of people living on the margins of our community, offer a more full understanding of the phenomena of homelessness, diminish stereotypes that exist about people experiencing homelessness, and how the service delivery system may unwittingly contribute to the oppressive qualities of homelessness - individually, culturally and systemically.
